• Delivery is free for orders of HK$500 or more.
• For orders under $500, there will be a shipping fee of $40. Shipping will be calculated at checkout for orders heavier than 2kg. 
• We aim to send all HK orders within 2 business days* of payment confirmation, and orders are usually delivered within 3 days of sending.
• Heavy items** do not qualify for free shipping. Fees are calculated at the checkout.
• We use delivery services provided by SF express.
  

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• APRIL 2025 UPDATE: Due to the recently signed order to close duty-free exemption for small parcels from China in the USA, all shipments to the USA will be subject to customs duty and may be required to provide additional customs information. The recipient is responsible for effecting customs clearance, and we are not liable for any delays and returns due to customs clearance.
• We deliver to the following countries: United Kingdom, United States, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Romania, Australia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, The Philippines, Taiwan, Macao. For all other countries, please contact us at discover@plantation.hk before placing your order. 
• International delivery is free for orders of HK$2,500 and above.
• All other orders incur a flat delivery fee of HK$450.
  
• Heavy items** do not qualify for free shipping. Fees are calculated at the checkout.
• We aim to send all international orders within 5 business days* of payment confirmation. Orders are usually delivered within 14-60 days of sending, depending on the destination. 
• We use delivery services provided by Hong Kong Post Office.

*Business days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
