 Origin (rose): Pingyin, Shandong, China

Fragrant rose petals from 'Rose Town' in Shandong add a blush of sweetness to the pinewood base of this highly lovable black tea.

Why we love it:

  • It's one of our signature blends, made from chocolately Keemun (祁門 Qimen) black tea and fragrant rose petals.
  • Our Keemun black tea base is made from a cultivar that contains a unique essential oil known for its calming effects.
  • Our rose petals from “Rose Town” (玫瑰鎮) in Shandong, an area that has been growing roses for 1,300 years. It is home to the famous “double-petal rose”, a flower with more than 40 petals, which is also used in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

What is black tea?

100ml Gaiwan
4g | 95°C | 1 min | 4 infusions

300ml Teapot
4-5g | 90°C | 3 mins | 2 infusions

Cold brew
15g | 1L | Refrigerated | 10-15 hrs

These are just guidelines. We recommend experimenting with a range of temperatures and leaf-to-water ratios to understand the tea and your own taste preferences.
