• Delivery is free for orders of HK$500 or more.
• For orders under $500, there will be a shipping fee of $40. Shipping will be calculated at checkout for orders heavier than 2kg. 
• We aim to send all HK orders within 2 business days* of payment confirmation, and orders are usually delivered within 3 days of sending.
• Heavy items** do not qualify for free shipping. Fees are calculated at the checkout.

  Please note that free shipping is not available for orders shipped to the USA. All shipments to the United States will incur shipping charges based on the package weight.

• We deliver to the following countries: United Kingdom, United States, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Romania, Australia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, The Philippines, Taiwan, Macao, United States. For all other countries, please contact us at discover@plantation.hk before placing your order. 
  
  
• International delivery is free for orders of HK$2,500 and above (except United States).
• All other orders incur a flat delivery fee of HK$450.
  
• Heavy items** do not qualify for free shipping. Fees are calculated at the checkout.
• We aim to send all international orders within 5 business days* of payment confirmation. Orders are usually delivered within 14-60 days of sending, depending on the destination. 
• We use delivery services provided by Hong Kong Post Office.
