A delightfully fresh-tasting white tea with a honey-like viscosity and a muscatel grape flavour that mellows and deepens with age. This tea is pressed into a chocolate-shaped bar for easy brewing. Just break off a square, brew it in hot water and enjoy!
Why we love it:
- It's bright, light and refreshing with a smooth texture.
- It is minimally processed: the leaves are simply withered and dried, honouring its natural flavour.
- As the second picking grade of white tea, it is made of one bud and two leaves, giving it a more robust flavour, while retaining the delicate sweetness of the buds.
- It ages well - there is more room for the flavour to change as the leaves slowly oxidise over time.
- The tea bar shape is super compact, great for travelling.
This 90g bar has 12 squares of tea and you can brew each square 4-5 times, depending on the size of your brewing vessel.
