Why we love it:
- It is incredibly fragrant and silky sweet, with a depth of flavour that lasts for multiple infusions.
- It has a high proportion of furry white buds, the most prized part of the tea plant with a high concentration of nutrients.
- It is withered in the shade, rather than the sun, for a richer, sweeter flavour.
- It is made from a big leaf cultivar native to Yunnan, with buds so large you see and feel the silvery white fur on them. The fur gives a delicate flavour and soft texture to the tea.
- The tea bar shape is super compact, great for travelling.
This 60g bar has 12 squares of tea and you can brew each square 4-5 times, depending on the size of your brewing vessel.
