Recipe: How to make a bowl of matcha, traditional Japanese style

Recommended Tool: Ippodo’s Matcha Starter Kit

1)Measure 2g of our First Flush Driftwood Matcha.
To measure the portion, the matcha should be 1.5 heaping tea ladles /
1 Tablespoon serving size. Sift Matcha.

2) Prepare 60ml water. Pour the hot water into a vessel to
cool down it to 80°c, then pour it into the teabowl.

3) Whisk vigorously for 15 sec in a 'M' shape movement.

4) Hold both of your hands to your bowl and enjoy the Umami of Matcha
with a thankful heart.
