How to: Matcha Soy Latte from teakha Recipe

Ingredients:

230ml Soy Milk (we like to use Bonsoy), warmed 
2tsp / 5g Matcha Powder
8g Honey

Step by step:

  1. Sift matcha into matcha bowl through a sieve
  2. Add a small amount, roughly 3tbsp of warm soy milk into the bowl and whisk with bamboo whisk using the technique mentioned. A metal whisk never quite does the job.
  3. Once the powder is completely dissolved and there are no lumps, add the rest of the warm soy milk and mix. 
  4. Lastly, whisk the honey in to taste.
