How to: Matcha Soy Latte from teakha Recipe
230ml Soy Milk (we like to use Bonsoy), warmed
2tsp / 5g Matcha Powder
Step by step:
- Sift matcha into matcha bowl through a sieve
- Add a small amount, roughly 3tbsp of warm soy milk into the bowl and whisk with bamboo whisk using the technique mentioned. A metal whisk never quite does the job.
- Once the powder is completely dissolved and there are no lumps, add the rest of the warm soy milk and mix.
- Lastly, whisk the honey in to taste.
