Origin: Pinglin, New Taipei City, Taiwan
Cultivar: 青心烏龍 Qingxin Oolong
Elevation: 200-400m

Quintissentially Taiwanese, Wenshan Baozhong is a lightly oxidised oolong with a creamy mouthfeel. Its blue-green twisted leaves make for a fragrant, fresh and cooling tea, ideal for humid summer days.
Because it is only 10-15% oxidised, it is closer to a green tea on the oxidation spectrum, giving it a grassy or vegetal flavour. Yet it also has a wonderful floral aroma and fragrant aftertaste that is characteristic of oolong teas.
It also has a creamy mouthfeel, which comes from the 青心烏龍 Qingxin Oolong cultivar, and careful delicate processing.
