半坡茶莊展開一個全新系列 — 季度茶會 （Tea Salon) ，邀請茶業裡不同的匠人，透過他們的茶品、作品帶大家以第一身角度去感受茶的美及其不同的可能性，為大家帶來一場沉浸其中的茶會。

首個季度茶會的主題為安徽野放茶，我們特地引入由黃山茶人張帆製作的三款茶葉， 讓大家深入了解安徽野放茶的特色及做茶工藝。是次茶會，我們會沖泡三款安徽野放茶，包括黃山毛峰、古法黃大茶、祁門古樹紅茶，探討安徽野放茶的特色及做茶工藝，並佐以事茶師精心選配的茶食，從品茗中細嚐安徽茶葉之美。

"An intimate gathering flowing with tea, ideas, and conversations."

Plantation Tea Bar presents "Tea Salon" series - a seasonal deep dive into tea and its culture through a curated tea ceremony. Each salon will feature tea people from various fields, showcasing their work and telling their personal stories.   

For our first series "Wild Anhui Teas," we are featuring three wild teas from tea maker Zhang Fan from Huangshan: Huangshan Maofeng, Handcrafted Yellow Large Leaf Tea, Keemun Gushu Red Tea. She produced all three teas and we will be sharing her tea stories, while tasting her teas, paired meticulously with snacks we have procured for the salon.

Plantation Tea Salons
Tea is much more than a beverage. The beauty of tea can be found among the tea fields, in tea makers' skillful manipulation of tea leaves, artists' craftsmanship in creating teaware, and the intentional brewing process. The "Tea Salon" is where we can fully immerse ourselves in the vast culture of tea.

Important things to note

• This workshop is non-refundable, so please consider your availability carefully before booking. No-shows will not be refunded.
• The workshop starts and ends on time (we cannot extend the time if you arrive late).
• If you are more than 30 minutes late, the booking will be regarded as no show and the amount paid will be forfeited. 
• If you cannot come because of an emergency, please call us at 5596 6254. We can't guarantee rescheduling for all circumstances.
• The workshop will be cancelled if there is a Black Rainstorm or T8. We will reschedule the workshop or return the fee as credit.
