Join Nana Chan, founder of Plantation by teakha, and Katie Chan, founder of The Chocolate Club, to try some delectable pairings and indulge your taste buds in a flavour playground!
The Chocolate Lady Katie Chan is on a mission to promote a greater appreciation for chocolate in Asia by sharing her curated selection of artisanal brands from around the world.
At this workshop, you’ll be sampling the World’s Most Awarded Chocolate Brand, Fu Wan Chocolate. This local Taiwanese team has won a record 5 gold, 19 silver and 4 bronze awards in their time.
They use a “tree to bar” model for producing their environmentally friendly chocolate. Having researched and developed a special fermentation process to produce better cacao from the beans, they work closely with farmers in Pingtung to help them improve their farms without using pesticides.

Please note, workshops bookings are non-refundable, so please ensure your availability before booking.
- If you cancel with more than 14 days notice, we can reschedule your booking to a later date, space permitting. Or give you a workshop voucher to be used at a later date.
- If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, we can only reschedule your booking once your current booking is re-sold.
- Workshops begin and end at the time stated. We cannot extend the time for late arrivals.
