A highest grade of Keemun black tea made from one leaf and a bud during the spring harvest only in the Qimen mountains of Anhui province. Hand-rolled over a charcoal fire to produce its curled shape, this tea is malty and slightly smokey with the sweet undertone of longans and red dates, and the nutty aroma of walnuts.
