As the weather turns cold, we turn to chai. To get you warmed up for winter, we've partnered with Conspiracy Chocolate to bring you a decadent workshop full of spice and all things nice. 

In this hands-on workshop (free of long technical explanations), you'll get to make your own truffles to take home, while sipping on chai, chai, chai. 

The Chai

Our famous chai has had HongKongers hooked for a decade and we are bringing it back this winter as part of our Christmas menu! Indulge in the smooth creaminess of this festive brew and let the spices warm you from the inside out.

The Chocolate Truffles

Make your own gourmet Chai Chocolate Truffles to take home, with no culinary experience needed! The Conspiracy team will teach you how to make chai-flavoured ganash - a foundational chocolatier skill - and guide you on rolling your truffles and coating them in a flavour of your choice. You get a gift box to take them home in (if you haven't already eaten them).

• This workshop is non-refundable, so please consider your availability carefully before booking. No-shows will not be refunded.

• This workshop will be cancelled if there are 3 or fewer bookings, or there is a Black Rainstorm or T8. We will notify you by email in advance.
