Tasting notes: Muscatel, light, refreshing
Darjeeling Moonshine is a beautifully floral and fragrant white tea with a bright lemon-yellow liquor. It carries subtle citrus undertones and exhibits that unmistakable muscatel flavour Darjeeling teas are famous for. This delicate tea comprises only the most tender shoots, grown at a top tea estate in the foothills of the Himalayas and harvested in spring by only their most experienced tea pickers.
An artisanal tea comprising only tender buds and sprouting leaves from prized tea bushes, Darjeeling Moonshine is harvested in early April and made in very small batches. It is processed with extreme care, to preserve the tea’s inherent antioxidants and nutrients.
While the abundance of silvery tips (buds) and minimal processing makes it technically a white tea, it does undergo some withering and rolling—similar to oolong teas—so it seems to defy classification.

Delivery is free for orders of HK$500 or more.

Delivery is free for orders between 2kg and 5kg. Orders under 2kg or over 5kg will have a delivery fee calculated at the checkout.
